Greetings!  

⭐️ This club is not just for current, former, or future K-12 educators but for anyone and everyone who’s all about reshaping our education system into one that RESPECTS all teachers and allows for BIPOC to THRIVE in the classroom and beyond.  

⭐️ This will be a space for engaging in solution-based discussions, community networking, and providing support to classroom teachers.  

⭐️ Feel free to nominate educators and school leaders from all levels (K-12, Early Childhood, Post Secondary, College, etc) and non-educators whose professional experience & expertise will contribute to forwarding the club’s mission.  

⭐️ If you’re interested in co-moderating a room or hosting your own room under the “Identity Shapers of Education” name, DM me on IG and/or email me at kwame@identitytalk4educators.com with a brief overview of the room you want to start or co-moderate.

Monitor Your Speaking Time: When on stage, please be mindful of your speaking time as other members are waiting patiently to speak.
Respect the Speaker’s Viewpoints: There will be times of disagreement when we express our viewpoints on different topics.  When that does take place, let’s respectfully challenge each other’s thinking through healthy dialogue.
Respect the Mic 🎙: When on stage, please keep your mics on Mute and not interrupt the other speakers.
