The Black MBA’s purpose is to create an ecosystem of like minded professionals that want to thrive in corporate settings and or entrepreneurial endeavors. One does not need a MBA to join, all one needs is the will to succeed and a willingness to learn.
1. Be respectful : Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and we can, civilly, agree to disagree. 
2. Do ya thang : If you are a subject matter expert or if you just want to get your thoughts off feel free to schedule a room. You don’t need permission to do so. 
3. Put somebody on : Build connections via the group and feel free to lend your talents and connections to put somebody in a position to win.
