Welcome to the Stigma Free Zone. A space to talk about all things Mental Health, wellbeing and Mental illness and not just on its own but as an area that intersects with other topics and everything else in life!

A non-judgemental, anti-discriminatory space for professionals in the field, those who experience mental health issues, those who support others with mental health issues, those with an interest in mental health and everyone else in between! 

Rooms/Sessions (currently on hold due to work commitments) are fortnightly on a Wednesday at 12pm GMT for 60 minutes only (lunch-bites☺️). Check your calendars, come along share, learn, listen and debunk the stigmas that may surround mental health.

Founded by myself @opinonatedtots a Mental Health Professional - Qualified & Registered (with 10+ years experience) SW | AMHP | Therapist. 

Whether it’s getting help and where to start, Medication, diagnosis, therapy, support, healing, signposting or recovery we talk about it all. Please only divulge what you’re comfortable with sharing and be mindful of triggering others (please warn before divulging to give people the opportunity to leave the room) as this is a public social media forum.
