WELCOME!!!!                                                               ••••••••••••CLUB MISSION•••••••••••                                                  An Empowered Life is a life that has real life knowledge of why we do what we do, how our minds work, our brains, our emotions, understanding something we are suffering from and finding how to overcome it! There was a time I was not empowered and it almost took my life! I was in the depths of a deep clinical depression with constant thoughts of suicide. You know they say right before someone takes their life they feel a deep regret because they really don’t want to die, the day I thought I took my life I felt that regret I never want anyone to suffer like I did and get to that point! Once I empowered myself with the knowledge of what depression and anxiety really is and how I had the power to heal it I began living an empowered life!  I have made it my mission to empower as many people as I can so they don’t have to suffer or take their life for not knowing what they have is curable. Take 💯 responsibility for yourself!  : If you get easily triggered when people share something they’ve experienced leave a room. Please only join this club if you’re looking for strategies to overcome a mental or emotional illness. 
Be Authentic : Share your story be vulnerable but don’t mistaken this club for therapy or medical advice. BUT I do encourage you take 1 thing you learn and implement it & come back and share, it might help someone!
The Golden Rule : Do unto others as you want them to do unto you! If you are not able to say something encouraging, uplifting or kind please say nothing! No passive aggressive behaviors please!
