This is mental health club which serve a number of purposes.

You can share you lifetime stories whether good ones or bad ones. 
You can talk about Mental Health and it's Psychological impact and education within.
You can share your playlist to vibe with others also.

Talking it out is counselling about your issues which you're comfortable in like OCD, PTSD, ADHD, BD, Anxiety, and Depression and sharing it with others whether known or not.

Be polite and respectful to others. Be good listener and communicator.
