Self-care can happen everyday. 

We are often taught that self-care means taking a full day once a month or so to pamper ourselves. Well, we  all know that we sometimes let everything else get in the way. Then what happens is that we look up and months have passed since we’ve done anything for ourselves. While we pour into everyone else, we must be intentional about pouring into ourselves as well. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

This club is to build a community of Black moms who are ready to stop feeling guilty about taking care of themselves.
