The hour cometh and now is when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, for the father seeketh such to worship him!                                                      -Pure worship is worship that comes from a pure heart. Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God( Mathew 5:8 ).                      -Pure worship is worship based on his word. The words of the Lord are pure words like silver refined in a furnace on the ground purified seven times ( Psalm 12:6 ) & Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God -Pure worship is based in obedience and submission to the Fathers will,listening to the voice of the Father! Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart ( 1 Peter 1:22 ) & Submit yourself therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands you sinners, and purify your hearts you double minded ( James 4:7-8 ).               -Pure worship is based in faith knowing that without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who diligently seek him ( Hebrews 11:6 ).         -Pure worship is done in the Spirit and never in the flesh: For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law, indeed it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God! ( Romans 8:7-8 ).                         -Pure worship is not conformed to the standards of this world as Romans 12:1-2 states: I appeal to you therefore brothers by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your Spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect
Take some time to listen first before you sing/speak: Before you open your mic to sing/speak PLEASE take some time to listen first and be sensitive to the flow and move of the Holy Spirit
No distractions : Please do not project your voice over the minstrel/psalmist while they are singing! Respect the flow & do not fill in the blanks(filling in the blanks is trying to adlib while someone else is singing)
