Respecting other cultures & beliefs: It’s not our job to change other cultures with ours. There are many parts of our culture that are dark and even harmful but only they can change it for themselves. Please hold back the urge.
Appreciating other cultures: Many cultures were formed to empower the community, pass down traditions and honor those who come before us. There are many things we can learn from them. They are beautiful and have long histories.
Love all parts of you : Easier said than done! You are likely here because you feel many parts of you that are different from one another or in some case in conflict with each other. All of them make up who you are 🙏🏽❤️
