Nonjudgmental Listening: This isn’t a place for judgment. We don’t just listen, we practice nonjudgmental listening and everyone deserves that safety. 
Safety: This is a safe space and by that we do not mean groupthink, we mean people can have different perspectives and still deserve one another’s respect. 
Vulnerability: In order to avoid a vulnerability hangover, please be conscious of what you share and take responsibility for it. We don’t want you to wake up in the morning feeling regretful of tapping in or sharing
