The purpose of this group is to provide a place for those in and interested in I/O-related fields, both academic and practice, to network, learn, and share research and best practices. 

Rooms in this club will focus on topics including, but not limited to: motivation, performance, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, assessments, work-life balance, compensation, org design, change management, legal issues, workplace health/well-being, and navigating grad school.
