EQ Innovation Lab (em)powered by Alreal Consulting is a multidisciplinary meetup where we explore multiple human skills connected to emotional intelligence, like empathy, effective communication, peer support, negotiation, understanding others, change management, leveraging diversity, trust and emotional awareness/ regulation.   

We welcome external speakers to learn from different disciplines and industries how EQ is changing organizatons and teams. It is not mandatory, but following the founder, Alejandro Reyes will let you be notified of all our conversations. Feel free to nominate more participants to grow our community!
