This club’s sole purpose is to empower people to advocate for their mental health. 

Executive dysfunction is arguably the most common and misunderstood mental health symptom, even among many therapists. The more we understand how our brains work the more agency we can modify and take advantage of our environment to accomplish our goals, and be kinder to ourselves and others when things still don’t go to plan.
