In the simplest of terms, diversity and inclusion encompass a group of unique individuals who acquaint and integrate with one another, but each are entirely different concepts with separate benefits.

DIVERSITY is the presence of differences within a given setting environment. On Clubhouse, this can mean differences in:
• races
• genders
• nationalities 
• sexual orientations
• and identities are present. We welcome EVERYONE from all diverse communities and we strive for inclusiveness.

INCLUSION is the practice of ensuring that people feel a sense of belonging and support from Clubhouse members and the overall environment feels welcome and safe.

CLUBHOUSE bring many people from all around the world together on one platform for collaboration. The vast majority of diversity on this app is astonishing but the magic happens when everyone’s voice is heard and respected.

It’s ENJOYABLE to be in the space of GENUINE people while sharing stories through collaboration and networking from all around the globe with other likeminded professionals.

To help us achieve our mission of embedding diversity and inclusion in everything we do, we established a three-prong framework. The framework focuses on:
• your abilities
• club inclusion (your purpose/objectives)
• community partnerships (YOU & OTHERS). 
With these guiding principles, we continue to expand our positive impact on the greater communities surrounding the places in which we network.
