If ever there was a space where one could deposit trauma and pain for hope and healing, we’d like to think this is it. 

We discuss issues within the black community that inhibit us from moving forward, confronting what we crave and the injustices that plague our community. 

You’ll hear painful and powerful experiences from Black Women, Men and Non-Binary People. You’ll experience healing through the Mental Health Professionals we host who will help facilitate a calming energy. You’ll walk way with more than you came in with.
