Welcome to the Brave Space- where we bust fears! There is a force that goes by many names (anxiety, imposter syndrome etc) & lots of us avoid/self-sabotage. (Doing it scared doesn’t always work)  This club will help bridge the gap between information and application. Each week our most common fears will be unpacked and practical tools will be given to help you remember how worthy and strong you are to accomplish all of your dreams!
RELEASE!: Leave the mask off at the door. There is no need to hold up a front and pretend. This is the club where you can be open, honest and raw about what you are going through. We are all here to heal&grow!
RESPECT!: ONE MIC. 🎤ONE SOUND. Please respect each individual speaking and patiently wait your turn. Raise your hand to be added to the stage. Conversation will be set so everyone will have a chance to speak.
RETURN & RELEARN: We must UNLEARN to RELEARN. Each Friday we will be hosting a room unpacking one challenge we face and one tool we can use to overcome the obstacle! Gotta walk it like we talk it. Set your reminders❤️
