Join the club : We welcome everyone to join rooms and participate. It is not mandatory, but those who have joined the club are given preference to join us on stage. 
Keep it short and sweet: When rooms are full, we will welcome people to the stage to speak or ask a question. If the stage gets crowded, we will move those who have spoken to the audience.
