Please speak only when asked. : We know it can be hard not to jump in to share what’s on the top of your tongue but please write it down and wait to be offered the microphone by a moderator. We want to hear what everyone has to say.
Please keep the room for ADHD subjects. : Many of us can easily go off topic and that’s fine but please be prepared to be gently pulled back to the topic by one of our kind ADHD moderators 😃
