Our mission is to inspire millions of people around the world to take up meditation as a daily practice and live more fulfilling lives, free from the negative impact of stress.

Today, we now also train passionate meditators to teach others meditation through in-person and online courses.  

This is a community space for 1 Giant teachers and app users to share and meditate.    Welcoming anyone curious about meditation.

We’ll host talks with Jonni Pollard and bring teachers together to lead meditation for students.
