Winner Circle is a collective of individuals from various facets of life and industries, who come together for one common goal which is to edify the Afro-urban community. The Winner Circle seeks to push each individual within the circle to reach their personal goals and dreams by supporting them as a team to reach the finish line and win in the game of life.
Zero tolerance for disrespect : POSITIVE VIBES ONLY! Value other’s opinions. Any member and/or non-member inciting disrespectful conversation will be immediately reported, removed and blocked from the group. 
Observe the conversation before engaging : Upon entering the stage, please make sure you are not speaking over conversation that is already happening.  Muting mics is preferred. Immediate outburst will result in being returned to the PCA
Take notes and apply wisdom: Respect the knowledge being shared within the group. Even within playful moments during conversation, use every opportunity to build and grow yourself and/ or your brand. DO NOT ASK FOR A BEAN!!!!
