No Trauma Bombing: Share your story with the aim at creating solutions. One traumatic story per person, per day. Get into therapy. While this is a safe space, we are not your therapist. No trauma bonding.
Plan to Listen - Then Speak: Bring your notebook and pen. Listen, write, think and wait. Refrain from interrupting. Speak with intention to add VALUE. Choose words mindfully as you are spelling when you speak. Love only & always.
