It’s time we talked about all the things that we don’t talk about enough — reclaiming your power, self-love, vulnerability, mental health, relationships and so much more. We are proud to introduce "Rise Up, Ranis (and Rajas)" series. This limited time series will consist of bi-weekly group discussions where ladies (aka Ranis) and gents (aka Rajas) will come together to have stimulating conversations encompassing a number of important topics.

Through this club, we aim to empower womxn and mxn, challenge our perspectives, break stigmas and encourage introspection, self-love and personal growth. This series is led by womxn and mxn who are committed to educating and elevating our sisters and brothers and breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma. Let's rise up, Ranis and Rajas!
