One Speaker at a Time: Moderators must manage the flow of conversation, one speaker at a time. With larger numbers, time should be kept (10-30 min for presentations, 3-5 min for interventions, 1-2 min for rebuttals).
Zero Tolerance for Reactionary Views: Racism, misogyny, anti-Semitism, national chauvinism, anti-gay & anti-trans sentiments will not be tolerated.
