Hello and welcome all health anxiety fighters 🙏🏻  I have created this club to act as a community where health anxiety fighters feel understood & not alone. This club is NOT to seek reassurance for symptoms; as you well know, health anxiety fighters get triggered easily when hearing about other people’s symptoms and they tend to make them their own. We don’t want to add more anxiety to others, but to help them see that they are not alone and there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. This is a safe space for you to tell your story and get coaching advice from me and other peers who have been through what you’re going through.
