'Get Your Mind Movement' is tethered towards the Melanated African & Latino Community, but People of all backgrounds are welcome to Join-in. GYMM will delve into teaching, encouraging, & building healthy mindful positive thinking within the Melanated Black and Brown Community. The Goal is to Change the Mindset of the Black and Brown Community to dismantle the walls that were built to segregate us as a people. These talks are built on the premise of a SEED which is to Support, Empower, Educate & Develop Healing within Our Community again with Mindful Positive Thinking.
