ما اينجا در كنار هم هستيم كه با هم به بالاترين پتانسيل خودمون در محيط كاري برسيم. تمركز اين گروه بر روي خانوم ها در ابتداي مسير شغلي خواهد بود. با به اشتراك گذاري تجارب و ساپورت يكديگر  ميتونيم در قوي كردن هم به هم كمك كنيم.  ⏰زمان و ساعت روم: هر هفته سه شنبه ها به ساعت ٩ شب به وقت غرب آمريكا، ١٢ شب به وقت شرق آمريكا و ٨:٣٠ صبح چهارشنبه به وقت ايران. طول مدت روم در هر جلسه دو ساعت خواهد بود.
