One mic 🎤 at a time: We kindly ask everyone to please maintain their mute if they are not presenting.  An open mic can be very distracting to a speaker.
Maintain timeslot: A timeslot of 5 mis will be allotted to each speaker, so we can practice keeping a time limit and also to provide other speakers to present.  This timeslot may also change based on the room size.
