The goal with this club is to create a community of women that can come together to encourage, motivate and celebrate each other as well as talk about our challenges and triumphs on our weight loss and fitness journeys as we all get healthier together. A lot of women are working on losing weight and getting fit alone. They have no one to encourage them along their path and no one to cheer their accomplishments. Losing weight and getting fit can be an uphill battle and having other women around that you can turn to for support "Battle Buddies" can be a game changer for many.

🎉Encourage, Support, Celebrate room meets Wednesdays and Saturdays. We start these rooms with a health and wellness topic that will be in the room name then open it up for discussion, encouragement, support and celebration of any wins big and small.

🤸‍♀️Exercise Buddies - Let's Move Our Bodies room meets Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This is a virtual workout buddy and accountability partners room so that we can support each other on our weight loss journeys.
