Asian Leaders Alliance is a community of ERG Leaders that represents 950+ Corporate Asian ERG and includes organizations, individuals, and allies. Our vision is to foster collaboration across Asian, Native Hawai'ian, and Pacific Islander Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and civic organizations in effort to drive positive, long-term, and inclusive community impact.

When we say Asians, we mean all Asians! South/East/Southeast/West/North/Pacific/etc Asians.
