CREATE a space that fosters Peace. Bring people together to stand with a desire to make themselves great, help other reach their greatness, and allow the club to be great for all.
Shares from your heart.: We ask that opening shares are under 2 minutes and follow up shares are 60 seconds or less. We want to give space for all to speak.
Cultivate the I: There is no coaching unless asked. We will foster others having a choice to make for themselves. We share from personal experience, speaking from I to allow others space to see themselves.
