I loved being a SEAL and feel blessed that I was able to serve for so many years. It was both fun and scary at times and often very hard, but gifted me with so many valuable lessons that I am passionate about sharing with others. 🦭 ⚓️ I very much enjoyed training for and deploying overseas but feel my greatest impact was on training SEAL and foreign operators and developing leaders. The last job that I held in the Navy was to co-developer of a new program for the Navy called The Warrior Toughness Program.
