My soul, who I once was, was gone. It was in a place of darkness. I didn't know how it got there or even when it happened. 2019: Came to the realisation I was battling depression. Took my first steps out of the darkness. 2021: I reconnected with my soul. I broke my way out of the darkness, the dawn of a new day was breaking. I discovered my purpose, I found my passion. I started to live deliberately and with intention. I also completed a 65 day waterfast 2022: Running and scaling my life coaching and hypnotherapy business.
