As a certified social worker (B.A. from the University of Haifa), and a certified Movement Analyst (LIMS Institute, N.Y) She believes in Social justice and strives to encourage supportive leadership that is based on, empathy, compassion, role modeling, solution-oriented communication, and body-mind-spirit connectivity. To promote a healthy, joyful, and balanced life, Rotem created the Balansa Method for therapy, coaching, and a general life approach. The Balansa Method strengthens the mind-body-spirit connection in order to achieve physical and emotional balance. Rotem’s Work Based on the Balansa Method’s principle, Rotem works with families, helping parents bring balance and harmony to their home. By becoming positive supportive leaders to their children, parents can create a parenting style that is unique to each parent and will help raise a generation of individual and positive thinkers that will, in the future lead their community with compassion and empathy. Rotem is also using somatic movement to help people who feel stuck physically (chronic pain, rigidity), or emotionally (struggling with reaction to change, creating change, making decisions). She works with individuals and groups to make life transitions smooths and positive. Rotem works with companies and entrepreneurs to improve leadership and soft skills using a unique combination of the Balansa Method and Agile approach..
