Acquired a trade in manicuring and was a freelance nail artist for over 24 years. Her passion for assisting the community both public relations and private affairs has given her a purpose to teach and inspire others to become self sufficient and successful entrepreneurs. A humanitarian mission to provide assistance in Ghana, Ughanda, Kenya, Indonesia and Morocco . Pastor Rutledge mission is to attack financial illiteracy and remove poverty from our society and lives.
