🎵I’m a soulful musician through and through. I’m a daughter of a musician too. I sing with my heart like it wears on my sleeve as it waves in the breeze my voice filling a room with sound. Music is my soul calling into the universe. When I’m up it’s there when I’m down it’s there. It’s everywhere and I’m grateful. I am happy to share my thoughts on the benefits that music and voice bring to our lives and the earth. Music has benefited me greatly as I navigate this world with a neuro-divergent (ADHD) brain. Being creative, having meaningful conversations, connecting and helping others is what I love.
