Landed in Japan in 1991, originally from Ireland. Have worked in the IT industry across Asia, based out of Japan. Since 1996, big focus on Italian Wines - personal interest as opposed to commercial. Recently gotten into making my own pizzas - even if I say so myself, there amazing!!! Past 20 years focused on first time implementations of financial systems in various countries, establishing teams in Japan, China, Taiwan and Vietnam.
