Founded in 1996, the firm specialises in providing customised HR solutions for firms across sectors, with a focus on talent acquisition. She is a Director of the National Training Agency, Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago, T&T Coalition of Services Industries, International Women’s Forum T&T and the Rotary Club of Central Port of Spain. When she is not working or volunteering, Lara is passionate about philanthropy and animals, historical fiction and travel.
