I received a Ph.D. from The University Of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 1983) and spent 15 years as a faculty member in the Department of Medicine, Washington University School of Medicine. I received my J.D. degree from Washington University Law School (2001) and served in various capacities through the Searle-Monsanto-Pharmacia-Pfizer mergers and acquisitions including strategic alliances, regulator law, litigation, patent acquisition and enforcement, and product support.
