A more detailed introduction came in 2007, mostly reading and listening about ‘Freedom from’ social constructs and conditioning aspects. A concept like Awareness, Choiceless Awareness took about 4 years to understand and practice. Concepts like non-doing and how it differs from laziness came a little later in my journey. Then ‘Freedom to’ started blooming, freedom to spontaneity, creativity, innocence, ‘celebrating the moment’ and playfulness. My deepest serene passions lie in the intersection of mindfulness, well-being, and playfulness. I spent much of my leisure time in the last 14 years focusing my attention on this area. For the last 10 years, I have been practicing different mindfulness techniques in different dynamic and passive areas of my life, at the same time sharing, inspiring friends and family through social media and casual conversations. I love to learn and then the joy of sharing what I have learned to Transform people's lives through mindfulness and beyond, but first and foremost, as a practitioner and student.
