I have a PhD from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and bachelors in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine. I also did research at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. This work may be especially important considering that longevity has been shown to be strongly associated with resting heart rate. The work of Dr. Coca indicates that food reactions can influence resting heart rate significantly.
