I was on the advisory board of the Northeastern University School of Nursing and Bouve Health Sciences Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship until 2019. I am also a mentor for the Venture Mentor Network (VMN), Health Science Entrepreneurship (HSE), and the National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corp program, collaborating with leading scientists and engineers to bring meaningful innovations to the market. I was recently an Industry Mentor for an NSF-sponsored company building an ML/AI (artificial intelligence) computer simulation to optimize clinical research decisions focusing on stem cells and tissue regeneration. I began my career as a software engineer for the NASA Space Shuttle backup flight system. Previous to his current roles, I was the CEO and founder of ASI, the first healthcare IT company to develop a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that enabled pharmacists to deliver holistic patient clinical care and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) with Fortune 100 customers. I also drove the first RDA-driven diet and exercise PC-based application to address teenage obesity. Tim was a co-founder of Blue Solutions, bringing Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to China, working with the Beijing Pharmacists Association and the University of Minnesota. I enjoy challenging the impossible with social impact sharing his experience building successful businesses amid the complex landscape of healthcare, life science, and technology. I spent 20 years as a global management consultant with a Big four accounting firm and others advising Fortune 1000 and emerging companies on organization and digital transformation in high tech, education, government, aerospace, and energy.
