My main areas of interest are spirituality, men's work, codependency, trauma healing, and the enneagram. I have spent over 35 years exploring the field of self development and spirituality. I hold meetings, retreats, and private sessions for people interested in spiritual awakening and human embodiment. I'm the author of the book The Union of Love and Wisdom, and im currently writing my second book, Fully Human Fully Divine. Im a former school teacher and advocate for young people. I volunteer for a charity called A Band of Brothers, which supports vulnerable young men.
