Erin Granat's debut feature film as writer-director is MOON MANOR, “a comedy about death,” starring Lou Taylor Pucci, Ricki Lake, Debra Wilson, Gayle Rankin and Whitmer Thomas, shortlisted for Venice Film Festival's Giornate degli Autori, to be distributed by Showtime in 2022. MOON MANOR features the first original score by Coldplay producers The Dream Team, and was selected for the ScreenCraft Film Fund, Whistler Film Festival, Newport Film Festival, Atlanta Film Festival and many more. Her screenwriting has been the recipient of the ScreenCraft Film Fund and finalist at the Austin Screenwriting Competition. Erin is a contributing writer and photographer at FLAUNT, Uproxx and Billboard. As "KnifeRock," Erin's creative collaboration with Machete Bang Bang, the duo recently worked with Coldplay as digital storytellers for the duration of their album "Every Day Life.” Erin hosts a book club for Caviar Connects and teaches for Trust and Travel both on Zoom and abroad, most recently in 2021 in Mallorca. She will be a visiting artist at Write Doe Bay in April 2022.
