I am the author of “Inisde Her Mind”, a poetry book inspired by the struggles of mental health and “Lockdown Inspired” my second poetry all about the darkness that took over the world and the struggles some of us faced. lastly but certainly not least my 2 part novel “A Time to Merge” will be out in 2023/2024 You don’t have to be “following” me to speak to me about mental health, to start a conversation or connect with me.
