Show Compassion! Credentials: Ph.D. General Psychology M.S. Counseling Psychology Certified Health Coach Author Self-care advocate Entrepreneur Freelancer/owner: Come-Passionate Coaching, LLC In 2021, I resigned from my position in higher education and went on a healing journey. I worked in a very toxic work environment that impacted my mental and physical health. I couldn’t move forward without healing. I journaled my journey which birthed my journals (find on Amazon) all related to self care and healing. As black women, we move on from bad situations as if we aren’t hurt mentally, physically, and spiritually. The strong black woman persona. Today, we’re opting for less stress and self-care is a priority! Healing matters! Hanging up our capes! Pick up one of my journals on Amazon. Enjoy the journey!
