Dr. Myrna Roberts is both rhetorician and behavioral scientist who creates safe spaces for understanding and deploying communication strategies. Dr. Roberts is a filmmaker, Communication professor, dispute mediator, historian and activists for social justice. She recently started Victory Communication Training Institute (VCTI), an online college for adult learning. Dr. Roberts is the founder, curator and builder of the Tatums Museum of History. The museum was built from Dr. Roberts dissertation concerning the All Black Towns of Oklahoma, specifically Tatums, Oklahoma. Tatums Museum of History is housed in Tatums City Hall in Tatums, Oklahoma. The museum consists of 75 artifacts, banners, wall murals, and written collections about the towns history. Dr. Roberts is an exuberant professor, writer and research theorist.
