I graduated from college with an English degree and a bad track record in business classes, and ended up as an SVP of national sales for Fortune 500 companies. While I had a lot of success, I also dealt with a lot of insecurity as I was surrounded by “very serious people” with Ivy League pedigrees. I grew into these roles by recognizing my value and developing a growth mindset. But, it took a while. Too long. And I wanted to help others grow into their leadership roles, rebound from failure more quickly and develop a mindset that will help them succeed. So, I launched Clear Path Coaching and Consulting. In my practice, I bring the most value to business owners and executives who are in their first leadership role of significance. They struggle with some combination of imposter syndrome, a desire to not look stupid, and uncertainty in their decision-making. After working with me they quit second-guessing themselves, build confidence and do the difficult things they used to worry about in the middle of the night.
