I’ve spent the last 20-years crafting a world of characters who play hard in the taboo, humorous and unpredictable “What If…?” arena of the human condition! If the TV shows, “This Is Us” and “Parenthood” are the front doors to the human condition.  Then my world is the ripped screen, cracked glass, falling-off-the-hinges of sanity BACKDOOR. Laughing feels a lot better than crying! Though dramatic and sometimes terrifying, these stories are packed with visual comedic subtext that is relatable across cultures and to audiences 25-99 years. My humor and POV are reflective of my African American, Asian and Latin melting pot family…Life growing up in southern California…And nomadic military adventures. Second to my love of writing, is problem solving. I’ve developed 4 anti-inflammatory nutraceuticals: Two that treat the painful symptoms of gout and arthritis; One that decreases the intraocular pressure woes of glaucoma. And one that helps to stabilize blood sugar levels in Type-II diabetics.
