I combine modern dining and home comforts to create nostalgic memories. ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ Passionate about Nigerian Fusion My Favourite fusion dish that I created is my Grilled Black Tiger Prawns ๐ฆwith Roasted Sweetcorn Puree ๐ฝ. I infused the prawns with miso, sous vide and then grilled to get a rich, moist and smoky flavour. I roasted the sweetcorn with black garlic, saffron and white penja peppercorns, allowing it to steep lightly in milk. The final plate was an explosion of flavour ๐ฅ๐คฏ. ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ฌ Proudly Nigerian, Raised in the ๐ฌ๐ง Born and raised in Nigeria till 12 ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ณ๐ฌ. โดShipped to the UK ๐ฌ๐ง๐ฌ๐งand now I am a fusion of both cultures. I donโt regret this choice and has brought me a great purpose in life. Iโm a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London.
