In my day-day activities, a being the Founder of Career Coaching, -are skill enhancement, and training strategy. My work aims at providing complete Career Cognizance with a consistent focus of nurturing individual and group talents across different verticals. Promoting the culture of relearning & up-skilling has been the area of my interest. • An Ambassador and Mentor with Herkey ( JobsforHer), which assists women to join the workforce after a sabbatical break, serving as a community initiative. • I have conducted and facilitated up -skilling workshops, provides job guidance on a regular basis , -Currently I play my role as Director of Internship of Ekal Arogya Foundation of India , Bangalore Chapter Karnataka- working for Health and Sustainability of Rural development and International Internship • Mentor for various women safety and sustainability Projects like ,Project Samanta – where we provide employability and sustainability for physically challenged and deprived women. • Contribution toward Pandemic Covid 19 , have been working with Pan India ,at ground level volunteers for food, medicine , doctors –tele consulting, hospital support ,ambulance and final resting arrangements. • Community Service • Personally have offered emotion coaching and counselling to covid affect patients and family and names our self Let us help Team- Team of psychologist, dietician and yoga for faster recover of mind and body.
